Velxuni operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to collectively participate in the financing of construction and urban development projects in Chile. The platform acts as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate project developers. Important: The information presented on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. To use our platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information. • Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Access to certain platform functionalities may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. • All activities carried out under your account. • Immediately notifying Velxuni of any unauthorized use of your account. Velxuni reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

Investments made through the platform carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. • Investment illiquidity risk. • Risks associated with the real estate market and the construction sector. • Regulatory risks and regulatory changes. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Velxuni does not guarantee the performance of any project.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, software, and source code, is the property of Velxuni SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chilean intellectual property laws and international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Velxuni shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. • Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure. • Investment decisions made by users based on information from the site. • Actions of third parties that may affect the operation of the platform. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of commissions actually charged to the user in the last 12 months.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Velxuni reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
